How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days.
For items marked as pre-order due to limited stock, please allow up to 30 days for delivery. Pre-order status will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products being cosmetics, we do not accept refunds or exchanges.
However, if your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photos, and we will be happy to assist with a replacement.
All sales are final unless the product is proven to be defective.
